Advertising Guidelines

The AMI Ad Manager Tool enables users to easily create promotional ads that can be deployed to AMI hardware devices and mobile applications. As a user of the AMI Ad Manager Tool, you are responsible for ensuring that the ads you create and publish adhere to the Advertising Guidelines stated below.
- Ads must clearly represent the company, product, and services being offered
- Ads must not contain false, deceptive, misleading, offensive, or threatening content
- Ads must not promote activities, products, or services that are illegal according to local, state, or federal laws
- Ads must not promote recreational drugs, tobacco products, tobacco paraphernalia, weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Ads that are targeted towards minors must not promote products or services that are illegal or deemed unsafe for use by minors in their jurisdiction
- Ads must not exploit political agendas or "hot button" issues
- Ads must not promote or contain links to websites with malware or spyware
- Ads must not infringe or violate third party intellectual property rights
- Ads must not use professional or collegiate team logos, or league logos unless officially licensed for use by the ad's creator
- Ads using a licensed professional or collegiate team logo or league logo must include a legal disclaimer identifying copyright and licensing ownership
- Ads may use a collegiate or professional team name if used in a sentence such as, "Watch the Phillies game on our 25 televisions"
- Ads may not use the term "Monday Night Football" unless used with a descriptor such as, "Join us for our Monday Night Football Party"
- Ads may not use the terms or logos for "Final Four," "March Madness," "The Olympics," or the "Super Bowl" unless officially licensed by the ad's creator for use
AMI reserves the right to remove any ad for any reason at our sole discretion, including ads that negatively affect our relationship with our users or that promote content, services, or activities contrary to our competitive position, interests, or business philosophy. These guidelines are subject to change at any time.
